- What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all electricals if faulty within two weeks. Please see our warranty policy section for more details.
- How do I use your free online products consultation?
You can find our online haircare consultation either at the top of our home page on desktop or by pressing the three lines in the top left corner on a mobile device.
- How long does it take to receive my order?
We have multiple delivery options, our fastest is express delivery (1-2 days to the UK and Ireland and as fast as 4 days internationally. Find out more when checking out!
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments as well as shop pay and google pay.
- Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free express shipping to the UK and EU on orders over £35 and internationally on orders over £50
- What is your warranty policy?
All electricals come with an 18 month warranty, for this, follow the instructions on the warranty slip in your Alfa Italia box.
- How can I track my order?
Tracking is available on all of our express shipping orders, and your tracking link will be sent to you once your package is in transit.
- Do you offer international shipping?
We offer express shipping worldwide, and even the furthest countries (from us here in the UK) can expect to receive their parcels in as little as 4 days!
